Sin, forgiveness and consequences

We are not aware of our sins until we are confronted by their consequences.  Most of time, we live so accustomed to our faults that we accept them as something "normal".  Even more so when we live in a society that promotes, feeds and rewards all kinds of behaviors that are harmful to man: sexual debauchery, pornography, alcohol, drugs, selfishness, slaughter, etc.
This habit and social acceptance of sin lead to self-destruction.  It destroys human dignity, the family, and the whole society.  Only when we decide to see the truth and follow the path of Christ does it remove the veil from our eyes and we can see the truth.  Thus, begins a process that confronts us face to face with our sins. In this way, we can begin a healing process that frees our hearts and purifies our souls.  Once we understand that Christ died for our sins, how the shedding of His blood was for the undeserved salvation of all those who accept Him in our hearts, it is when a beautiful process of restoration and forgiveness begins in our lives.   However, we must be aware and conscious how painful this process can be.   It is necessary to be confronted by our sins to understand the harm we do to ourselves and to others.  Only that confrontation produces necessary pain to lead us to genuine repentance and surrender completely to God.  Therefore, we must understand how, in accepting Christ, our sins are forgiven, but our faults have consequences, even with their forgiveness.
Adultery can lead to the disintegration of your family, drugs can lead you to live on the streets, selfishness to isolation, excessive love of money to prison, homosexuality to AIDS.  It is not that God has abandoned you, it was you who turned his back on him and decided to disobey him.   He is not a taxing father, He allows us to choose between following Him or not, and He gives us free will for that.   It is necessary for us to understand our errors, we must feel repentance for Christ to glorify us through the restoration of our lives.
We must feel a deep and sincere repentance for allowing Christ to glorify us through the restoration of our lives.   Just come humility to our Father at any time and give your heart.  He has mercy on us, takes our burden, forgive us, restore us, and give us eternal life with Christ.  He sent his son for you. Blessings.

Luke 19:10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost.
